Bill grew up in the small town of New Bern in eastern North Carolina. He got his start in the insurance industry in 1983 selling tax deferred annuities through First American Savings Bank. In 1985, he moved to coastal Wilmington, NC, where he joined Savers Life Insurance Company. Bill wanted to support agents serving local communities by selling different types of insurance.

Brad got his start in the industry with Liberty Life Insurance company, his first job out of college. After starting from scratch in his career, he managed to become #4 out of 19 agents within the first six months. He has been working in the insurance industry ever since, with his career eventually leading him to join Savers Life in 1985. He was one of four partners who purchased Savers Health in 2003.
Brad puts his professional focus in developing personal relationships with his agents and finding new ways to improve company production and encourage team loyalty. Some of his roles include helping agents with any issues they may have involving product knowledge, claims, commission, and sales assistance so he can help agents succeed. He is passionate about maintaining the company’s reputation of integrity and doing business the right way.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys his growing relationship with God, his wife, and his family. He considers his grandchildren to be his greatest gift. Outdoor activities such as hunting, sports, or spending time at the lake or beach are things he enjoys most in life.

Matt grew up in Winston-Salem, NC, where he still lives today. Before joining Savers, Matt worked in the Mortgage Insurance field for 12 years, where he managed an online enrollment system.
Matt is known for making sure his customers are treated with a personal touch. He strives to be an advocate for his customers by finding a way to make complicated insurance products simple so the decision process is easy. It’s important to him that his customers gain a detailed understanding of the products they need so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families.
When he’s not working, Matt is usually spending time with his wife and his two children. He enjoys being active in his local church community and taking part in outreach programs. You’ll probably find him running between the latest ball game or dance practice while trying to fit in a round of golf in between!

Scott is a licensed Health and Life Insurance agent offering support in all aspects of Savers Health. He grew up in Winston-Salem, NC, and started his career in New York City, where he spent more than 10 years in mergers and acquisitions. He later returned to Winston-Salem to spend more time with his family, and continued his finance career for 4 years before joining Savers Health. To him, Savers Health offered an attractive career change with a world-class brand and top notch team dedicated to providing the highest quality service.
Scott believes in taking a pragmatic approach to problem solving, and always putting the customer first by evaluating all the pros and cons of different options to help his customers arrive at the best solution. He is passionate about helping people in need, both through his job and his community outreach efforts. On weekends, Scott can be found spending time with his family, at an athletic event, or attending church.

Jerry grew up in rural Stokes County, NC, and moved to Winston-Salem to attend college. He spent the first 11 years of his career as a teacher, coach, and athletic administrator, and joined Savers Life in the summer of 1982 after completing his MBA at Wake Forest. He served as the Senior VP of Operations at Savers Life and later President of Savers Health, Savers Marketing and Savers Management Group.
Team leadership and fostering relationships between his employees and their customers are some of Jerry’s strengths. He strives to create an environment where problems and their solutions are viewed and analyzed from multiple sides, all while keeping emotions in check. Seeing his team succeed is a driving force in his career.
From the mountains to the beach, Jerry enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. On afternoons and weekends, Jerry enjoys spending time on the golf course with family and friends, or watching Wake Forest athletic teams winning. He’s always very active in his church community, taking part in various activities and committees, and volunteers locally with programs aimed at helping seniors in need, such as Meals on Wheels.

Cameron leads the Savers Health team. He grew up in NC and has lived in Winston-Salem for most of his adult life. He is happily married and the father to two wonderful kids. Before joining the Savers Health team, Cameron spent almost 20 years in the banking industry and brings years of leadership, sales and customer service expertise to his role at Savers.

Originally from South Carolina, Amanda has lived in Winston Salem for the past twenty years and loves calling it home. Amanda graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and began her career in the managed healthcare industry. In the early 2000s, Amanda made a career shift and obtained a master’s degree in teaching. Over the next 17 years, she had the joy of teaching 3rd and 4th graders in addition to helping other teachers with reading instruction and assessment.
In 2018, an unexpected opportunity brought Amanda back to the health insurance industry and she joined Savers Health in 2023. The best part of her job is combining her teaching and insurance experience to help clients understand the complexities of health insurance. She finds it very rewarding to help people find coverage to protect them when they need it most.
Amanda is married and has a teenage daughter. Outside work, she enjoys gardening, long walks, and spending time with her family.

Andres is a bilingual insurance agent at Savers Health. He grew up in Guatemala, and later moved to the United States, where he began serving the diverse multicultural community in Winston-Salem. He worked as a Community Service Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, and a Medical Interpreter, helping Spanish-speaking community members overcome language barriers in order to get the services they need. During this time he recognized the need to educate people about health insurance policies and procedures and to provide counseling and support to those in need.
His background in Human Services and social work has given Andres the compassion to help people in need. He has dedicated his life to his pastoral ministry and creating educational programs and opportunities for both individuals and families in his community. He uses his fluency in both English and Spanish to help his customers overcome cultural and language barriers so they can feel more comfortable and secure when doing business with him. His goal is to empower people to be successful by helping them find a solution to their healthcare needs.
Andres loves music, spending time with his family, and developing new relationships through work and his community. On the weekends he can be found working around his house, shopping, or traveling. He also provides pastoral counseling at his local ministry as well as translation and interpreting for friends and church members during court-related issues, doctor’s appointments, and job applications.

Brooke is originally from Virginia, but has called Winston-Salem, NC home for the past 20 years. Previous to joining Savers, she was the COO for a local start-up company, focusing on business strategy and overseeing daily operations. She has a wonderful family, including two active teenagers, that keep her smiling outside of work. A proud Demon Deacon graduate, she regularly volunteers with H.O.P.E. of Winston-Salem, distributing food to children and families in the local community. Brooke has always enjoyed using her problem-solving and advocacy skills to help others and looks forward to doing that for her Savers clients as well.

Chase was born in Winston Salem, NC, and has lived here his entire life. He attended Wingate University where he played men’s lacrosse and captained the team in 2015. He is happily married to his wonderful wife, Chandler, who is a pediatric nurse.

Cindy is a very proud lifelong resident of Kings Mountain, NC. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University in 2001 (Go CATS!). Prior to joining Savers Health she worked in Human Resources, finance and even owned her own small business service company for a period of time.
Cindy has been married to her wonderful husband Chris since 2001. They have been so blessed to have 3 children: Michael (20), Brooke (17) and Brittany (17). Cindy says that her proudest accomplishments are each of her and Chris’ children and the wonderful young adults they are growing into.
Cindy has been in the insurance industry since 2018 and although she has worked in human resources and business services for almost 20 years she knows that she has truly found her calling in helping others with their insurance needs.
