As the cost of Health Care continues to rise, one of the major provisions of the Affordable Care Act is to require all Major Medical plans to cover “Preventive Care” visits at no additional cost to the consumer.  Preventive Care includes visits to the doctor before you are ill and need assistance.  We should all do everything we can to keep our bodies healthy, and as our health improves, our health care costs decline.
